Review meeting related to organizing Gaurav Yatra of Women's Hockey Championship Trophy

Samastipur, 26 October (HIST). District Magistrate Samastipur Roshan Kushwaha held a review meeting of the preparations being made for organizing the Trophy Gaurav Yatra of the Asian Women's Hockey Championship 2024-25 organized on 3 11.24 in his office at Veshm.

The trophy Gaurav Yatra of Asian Women Hockey Championship 2024-25 which will go to different districts of Bihar, its arrival date in Samastipur is fixed on 3.11.2024 at 8:00 AM, for this 24 persons deputed by Bihar State Sports Authority, Police Force, Magistrates, 20 local women players, 25 physical teachers and officials are likely to participate.

In this regard, District Magistrate Samastipur instructed the District Sports Officer to ensure that the venue of the function is selected and other necessary preparations are done in time. Instructions were given to the Deputy Superintendent of Police Headquarters for police arrangements, District Transport Officer for transportation and Civil Department for medical treatment. The surgeon was instructed to arrange an ambulance for medical and first aid treatment at the venue during the visit. Instructions were given to the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation for cleanliness and necessary instructions were given to the District Public Relations Officer for publicity.
