Balaghat, June 27 (HS). Collector Dr. Girish Kumar Mishra reviewed the Revenue Department on Thursday. In the meeting, various points related to the Revenue Department were reviewed in detail and more emphasis was laid on the applications marked for the TL meeting. Along with this, all the revenue officers were instructed to give more time to solve the problems of common citizens.
Apart from public hearing, Collector Dr. Mishra also takes information about the timely resolution of complaints within the stipulated time by marking them in TL through other means such as newspaper cuttings and complaints provided by citizens from time to time. He also took information about the cases marked in TL in a meeting with revenue officials. Out of a total of 173 marked applications, 53 cases have been resolved. Additional Collector GS Dhurve, SDM Gopal Soni, Lanji SDM Pradeep Kaurav, Paraswada SDM Kamal Singhsar, RR Pandey and all revenue officials were present in the meeting.
Swamitva Yojana and CM Helpline were also a priority
In the revenue meeting, Collector Dr. Mishra focused more on the means of resolving the problems of the citizens. Apart from mark applications in TL, special emphasis was also laid on CM Helpline and Swamitva Yojana. Instructions were given to SDM Lanji to issue notice in the matter of Swamitva Yojana and CM Helpline. Similarly, Birsa and Khairlanji Tehsildars have also been instructed to issue notice if the progress is not satisfactory. Along with this, instructions have also been given to issue notice to PWD Executive Engineer in the matter of TL letter.
One day's salary of 29 patwaris cut
Collector Dr. Girish Kumar Mishra has taken action against 30 Patwaris of different tehsils for delaying the work to be done under Cyber Tehsil. In this, one day's salary of 29 has been deducted, while 1 Patwari has been suspended. Suspended Patwari Sharda Bhalavi could not submit 6 name transfer cases of Rampayli and 4 name transfer cases of Rengajari in the time limit of 10 days in the work to be done under Rampayli Cyber Tehsil. Her headquarters during the suspension period has been fixed as SDM office Balaghat. Similarly, 29 Patwaris had to submit reports in the name transfer cases of the villages of the Halka coming in their area within the time limit of 10 days. But they could not do this work within the time limit. This act of Patwaris was considered to be against Rule-3 General (1) (2) (3) of MP Civil Services Conduct Rules-1965. Which shows negligence and arbitrariness towards the official duties. For this, orders have been issued to deduct one day's salary from the month of June. Along with this, a warning has also been given for the future.
Khairlanji has the most 8 Patwaris and Birsa has 6 Patwaris
In the action taken by Collector Dr. Mishra, the maximum number of 8 Patwaris of Khairlanji are included. These include Ankit Gangbhoj of Erwaghat, Demansingh Merscole of Tatekasa, Ogesh Uike of Khairi, Omprakash Rana of Beni, Snehal Merscole of Chutia, Veena Raode of Kanhatartola, Vineet Nagvanshi of Bhanpur and Vishal Shende of Salebardi. On the other hand, the 6 Patwaris of Birsa include Dhammapriya Meshram of Jaanpur, Hemant Dhurve of Bakharikona Bithali, Pragya Meshram of Dongaria, Ranjit Sayyam of Domaria, Rashmi Sandia of Damoh and Ujjwal Chaudhary of Baherbhata. Apart from this, Narendra Singh Meravi of Kurenda Dorli, Rahul Meshram of Lotmara and Siddharth Badole of Jhiriya from Paraswada tehsil. Lokesh Bharadwaj of Palhera and Prashant Ghormare of Akola from Tehsil Kiranpur, Achal Saw of Awlajhari and Yogesh Meshram of Nevergaon from Balaghat, Bhanu Pratap Thackeray of Murjhad from Lalbarra, Manoj Chaudhary of Kanki and Vivek Chaudhary of Manjhapur Lawada from Warasoni, Purushottam Sharanagat of Budbuda and Ranjeet Bhai Hadge of Rengatola from Warasoni, Bhupendra Kumar Pardhi of Kodmi from Katangi, Kumendra Bhoyar of Tekepara from Tehsil Lanji and Arunesh Krishna Choubey of Padriganj from Lamta have had one day's salary deducted.
