Nainital, 14 August (HS). The results of various competitions organized by the Sanskrit Department of Kumaun University's DSB Campus Nainital on the occasion of Sanskrit Day on 12 August have been declared. In the Sanskrit knowledge competition organized during this period, Harshit Joshi got the first prize, Rakshita Pandey and Bhumika Bisht got the second prize and Nikita Joshi, Devanshi Gangwar and Pragati Gangwar got the third prize.

Similarly, in the speech competition organized on the topic of usefulness of Sanskrit in the current context, Nakuldev Shah got the first prize, Shweta Pant got the second prize and Diksha Pandey got the third prize. In the shloka recitation competition, Rakshita Pandey, Nakuldev Shah and Diksha Pandey and Shweta Pant got first, second and third prizes, and in the poster competition, Vidya Bhandari and Pooja Arya got first prize, Ritika Mehta got second prize and Neha Burari and Lipakshi got third prize and Diksha Pandey and Jyoti Pathak got fourth prize. Sanjana Arya and Deepanshi were honored with the incentive prize. Apart from this, in the essay competition organized on the topic of Vedic studies, Tanisha Joshi and Shweta Pant got first prize, Diksha Pandey and Himani Joshi got second prize, Geetika Bisht and Vidya Bhandari got third prize and Lipakshi and Ritika Mehta got fourth prize.
