Jammu, August 31 (HS). To empower and inspire the young generation, the Indian Army organized a motivational speech for senior school students of Sunderbani area. The session was delivered by Army Medal (Retd) Colonel Ajay K Raina, a highly respected veteran with a distinguished military career.
Over 275 students from six different schools attended the event and eagerly sought insights on the importance of leadership, resilience, dedication and hard work. Col Raina, a native of Sunderbani, shared personal anecdotes from his long service in the Indian Army and offered a unique perspective on the values of discipline and commitment.
Col Raina also narrated inspiring stories of Indian heroes who exemplified leadership and bravery which left a deep impact on the audience. Apart from his military accomplishments he is the Founder-Trustee of the Military History Research Foundation (Regd.) and has authored 27 books on military history and related subjects. His vast knowledge and personal experiences serve as a powerful example for young minds highlighting the importance of perseverance and service. The event is part of the ongoing efforts by the Indian Army to engage with the youth, inculcate a sense of duty, discipline and patriotism.
