Jaipur, 27 August (HS). Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari said that there are immense possibilities for tourism development in Rajasthan. Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) has an important role in fulfilling our resolve to make Rajasthan a leading state in tourism.
Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari was speaking at the review meeting of the action plans of Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation in Tourism Bhawan on Tuesday. She said that work needs to be done so that Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation comes into a profitable position and can play its role in making Rajasthan the leader in tourism as compared to other states. She said that for this the officers should work by making an action plan. The officers should stay in the field as much as possible and do better work regularly and continuously. She said that the RTDC, which is working as an agency in fulfilling the budget announcements of the Tourism Department, should complete those works in a quality manner and on the targeted time.
Principal Secretary of Tourism Department Gayatri Rathore and RTDC Managing Director Anupama Jorwal were also present on the occasion.
