Israel Katz: Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has said that we can also attack Israel to help the Palestinians. We have already done this in Libya and Nagorno-Karabakh. Now Israel has responded to this threat of attack. Erdogan, who dreams of becoming the leader of the Islamic world, is considered a staunch opponent of Israel. He constantly opposes Israel's actions. Praising his country's defense equipment, Erdogan said that we are strong enough to enter Israel. We have no reason not to do so. We can do this at any time. We have to become even stronger so that Israel cannot mess with the Palestinian people.

Turkish President Erdogan has said all these things earlier in his party meeting. When news agencies wanted to know his opinion on the remarks made by his party leaders, he refused to comment.

Israel became angry after being threatened

After this threat from the Turkish President, Israel's Foreign Minister Israel Kats posted on his social media platform X and said that Erdogan wants to follow the path of Saddam Hussein. He should remember what happened in Iraq and how Saddam Hussein ended. Israel's opposition party leader Yair Lapid also took Erdogan's side and wrote on his social media handle that Erdogan is again talking about his desire to become the leader of the Islamic world. We are not going to be afraid of his threats, he himself is the biggest threat to the Middle East.

Lapid further wrote that Erdogan's rhetoric against Israel should be criticized and he should be forced not to support Hamas. Saddam Hussein was removed from power by the US government in 2003 and the dictator was later sentenced to death by an Iraqi court.
