Helicopter service has been started with the aim of promoting tourism in Madhya Pradesh. By taking advantage of this scheme, tourists will be able to visit major religious places of the state by helicopter. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav started this scheme by flagging it off on Thursday.
Air travel to major religious tourist destinations of the state
Madhya Pradesh government is taking several steps to promote tourism in the state. Under this, air taxi service was started on Thursday. Through this service, tourists will be able to travel by air to major religious tourist destinations of the state. Under this, different packages will be given to the passengers. That means fare has been fixed in different slabs according to distance.
The minimum fare for air taxi can be Rs 3,000.
At present this scheme has started with three aircraft. Which includes 6 seater and 8 seater aircraft. The fare of the new air taxi service can be less than three thousand rupees. The fare may also increase depending on the distance. For this, Madhya Pradesh government has entered into an agreement with a private company.

In the first phase of air taxi service, there is a plan to connect cities like Bhopal, Jabalpur, Rewa, Khajuraho, Ujjain and Pamchadi with air service. Not only this, all the services related to air taxi service will be available on the app. So that the tourists coming from outside areas do not face any kind of inconvenience. Also, passengers will be able to enjoy air taxi service without any hassle.
