The Chief Minister said that his coalition government will waive agricultural loans up to Rs. 2 lakh and will increase the quota of free electricity to 200 units. For this, he has asked the banks to give proposals.

Addressing a gathering at Gandhi Maidan in Jamshedpur to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of the development project, Soren said that we have already waived off farmers' loans worth Rs 40,000 and are planning to increase it to Rs 2 lakh. Similarly, the existing base of 125 units of free electricity will be increased to 200 units. He further said that by March 31, 2020, farmers will get Rs. 50 thousand to Rs. 2 lakh loans will be waived through one-time settlement.
Teachers Recruitment Process
Sor provides 40 per cent subsidy of Rs. 25 lakh to unemployed youth and stressed the government's commitment to provide loan. He told the people that the recruitment process for 40,000 assistant teachers is underway and will be completed by September, adding that recruitment of tribal and regional language teachers will begin next month.
