According to the details received in this regard, Bhabhar's 16-year-old minor aunt came to her maternal uncle's house to help with household chores after her aunt's death eight months ago. Meanwhile, the minor's mother Prakash Thakor often came to spend the night at Abanasa, where she would physically touch the minor. However, Sagira protested. One day Prakash forcibly had a relationship with the minor. Not only this, he also threatened to kill her if she told anyone. Because Sagira was scared.
After which the accused often used to come to his maternal grandmother's house and molest the minor. Not only this, when Sagira used to come to her house, Prakash used to come there and socialize with her. Finally, fed up, the girl told the whole truth to her parents and lodged a complaint at Bhabhar police station. On this basis, Bhabhar police has registered a crime under POCSO and other sections and arrested the accused Prakash Thakor and is taking further legal action.
