Registry done by showing a person who died 50 years ago as alive | Live Updates, Unveiling the Latest India News Trends

Ashoknagar, June 13 (HS). Till now, stories of usurpation of government and non-government land by mafias have been coming to light in the city. Now a shocking case has come to light that a person who died 50 years ago was shown alive and the land in his name was registered by the Collector of Stamps, District Registrar Headquarters, Sub Registrar Office, Ashoknagar.

In all such cases of land mafia that have come to light, the connivance of the concerned officials is clearly visible. In this way, cases of land grabbing by land mafias through connivance have been coming to light.

This case of registration of land of a person who died about 50 years ago is of Chiraula village located in Shadhaura tehsil of the district. The registry number is MP 471192024A1353527 dated 19 March 2024 in the office of Sub Registrar Ashoknagar. In which the land survey number 311/2 area 0.209 hectare of land of the land owner seller Ghasita Ahirwar son Sukua village Chirauli, Tehsil Shadhaura was sold in the name of Chandrabhan Singh Yadav resident Chhaigra Ashoknagar and the land was usurped.

It is surprising that the land owner seller Ghasita son Sukua has got his land registered in the registrar's office. His son Ramdayal Ahirwar says that his father Ghasita died about 50 years ago, then how was his father alive and the land registered. This fraud has been committed against him.

We have no responsibility:

In this regard, when the Deputy Registrar Anbhita Tiwari was asked about how the land was registered in the name of someone else by a deceased person 50 years ago, her answer was that all the documents are registered with us, the responsibility lies with the buyer, seller and witnesses.

Fear of fake Aadhaar card:

It should also be mentioned here that for registration of land in this manner, apart from the buyer and seller, Aadhaar cards of two witnesses are also submitted at the time of registration. When Aadhaar cards came into use 50 years ago, how was the Aadhaar card of the deceased landowner Ghasita used, was it not verified by the Registrar's Office? There are many such questions which raise questions on the working system of the Registrar's Office.

Fake registration done by making fake registration:

Advocate Jeevan Lal Prabhakar of Ramdayal Ahirwar, who died 50 years ago, says that Ramdayal has complained about the above case to the Collector and SP. He alleges that in the fake registration case, the sub-registrar has done the act of doing fake registration by colluding with the land mafia. Regarding which, he is going to knock the doors of the court so that the family of the deceased land owner Ghasita can get justice.
