The process of producing and processing refined oil causes a lot of air pollution, which causes lung diseases and global warming. Especially those working in this oil factory have trouble breathing.

4. Diabetes

Diabetic patients should absolutely avoid eating bhatura made in refined oil as it can increase blood sugar levels which can lead to poor health.

5. Soil pollution

Packaging of refined oil generates huge amount of plastic waste which harms the environment and is a major cause of soil pollution.

6. Neurological problems

Excessive consumption of refined oil can have a negative impact on mental health, causing neurological problems.

7. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies

Many important nutrients like vitamins and minerals are destroyed in the processing of refined oil, which is harmful for health.
