  • 250 grams red chilli
  • 1/2 cup Rena Kuria
  • 1/2 cup mustard oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons fennel
  • half teaspoon asafoetida
  • spoon fenugreek seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

How to make red chilli pickle?

Wash and clean red chillies. – Then remove the seeds of red chilli.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric, fennel, fenugreek seeds, salt, cumin seeds and mix.
