- Oil,
- Peanut seeds,
- Cashew,
- Asafoetida,
- Rye,
- urad dal,
- Bengal gram lentil,
- sweet neem leaves,
- Dried red chillies,
- Green chilly,
- green coriander,
- Turmeric,
- Lemon juice,
- Salt.
How to Make Lemon Rice

First, wash the rice with water and add 1-2 cups of water in a pressure cooker and cook it till two whistles.
Step- 2 –
Now heat oil in a pan on the gas and add peanuts and cashews and fry for a few minutes and take them out in a plate.
Step-3 –
Now heat oil in a pan and add raisins, asafoetida, urad-chana dal and fry it.
step 4 –
Now add sweet neem leaves, dried red chilies and green chilies, turmeric and mix well.
Step-5 –
Now add boiled rice, fried peanuts, cashews, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Take it out in a serving plate and garnish with green coriander and serve.
