- Rice,
- Oil,
- peanut seeds,
- Cashew,
- Asafoetida,
- rye,
- urad dal,
- Bengal gram lentil,
- sweet neem leaves,
- dry red chilli,
- Green chilly,
- green coriander,
- Turmeric,
- Lemon juice,
- Salt.
How to make lemon rice
step 1
First of all, wash the rice with water and add 1-2 cups of water in the pressure cooker and cook till two whistles.
Step- 2 –
Now heat oil in a pan on the gas, add peanuts and cashews and fry for a few minutes and take them out in a plate.
Step-3 –
Now heat oil in a pan and add raisins, asafoetida, urad-chana dal and fry.
step 4 –
Now add sweet neem leaves, dry red chilli and green chilli, turmeric and mix well.
Step-5 –
Now add boiled rice, fried peanuts, cashew nuts, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Take out in a serving plate and serve garnished with green coriander.
