necessary ingredients:
- Paneer (in pieces) – eight cups
- Sugar powder – four cups
- Cardamom powder – four spoons
You can prepare it like this:
First of all, cut the cheese into small pieces and grind it in a mixer.
Now take it out in a plate and add sugar powder to it as per taste.
Now add the mixture of cheese and sugar in a pan and fry it.
Now add cardamom powder to it.
Now cook this mixture in a pan.
Once the mixture cools down, keep it in a smooth bowl for 15 minutes.
Now place it in a plate and decorate it with dry fruit slices on top.
Now cut it into desired shapes and taste it.
