Material:
7 cubes cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
oil for deep frying
2 teaspoon cornflour
2 spoons flour or maida
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Method:
– First of all grate the cheese. Then put it in a big bowl. Add bread crumbs, cornflour, flour, red chili powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice to it. Mix all the ingredients well.
– Now prepare a thin solution of cornflour in a separate bowl.
– Make the paneer in the shape of cutlets.
– Dip them in cornflour solution, then wrap them well in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan. Then deep fry the cutlets until they turn golden.
