Recipe for making Masala Mathri

This recipe is made from wheat flour, semolina and semolina, it looks like Persian Puri but tastes very delicious and crispy. Gujarati Jagran will tell you here today how to make Masala Mathri at home.

How to make Masala Mathri

step 1
First of all, mix wheat flour, semolina, semolina in a bowl and add salt, celery, black pepper powder, oil in it.

Step-2 –
Now mix everything, add water as required, knead a slightly hard dough and let it set for 10 minutes.

Step-3 –
Now apply ghee on the kneaded dough and make dough out of it.

Now, place it on a tray and roll it like a roti with the help of a rolling pin and sprinkle chili, black pepper powder on top.

Now wrap it with wheat or rice flour and place another roti over it, this way make 3 layers of roti and roll it into equal parts.

Now cut it with a fork and fry it by heating oil in a pan. Masala Mathri is ready, you can serve it.
