Recipe- Aloo Kurma will be ready instantly, make it with this recipe

Material:

Potato – 7-8

Curd – 4 tbsp

Desi Ghee – 5 tbsp

Cashews – 15-20

Cloves – 4-5

Bay leaf – 1

Black pepper – 8-10

Large cardamom – 1-2

Small cardamom – 2-3

Cumin – 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon – 1-2 pieces

Brown onion – 1/2 cup

Nutmeg powder – 1/4 tbsp

Garlic powder – 1/2 tbsp

Ginger powder – 1/2 tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp

Coriander powder – 1/2 tbsp

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp

Salt – as per taste

Water – as per requirement

Method:

– First of all wash the potatoes thoroughly. – Then peel them and cut them into 2 pieces.

– Now take a pan and fry the cut potatoes in it with some oil for some time.

-Keep in mind that fry these potatoes until their color becomes golden.

-Meanwhile, prepare the curd mixture. For this mixture, mix all the ingredients with desi ghee in a pan and keep it on medium flame.

– Now add cloves to it and fry until the color of the mixture changes.

Then add chopped onion and fry until it turns golden brown.

– Now add one cup of water to the mixture and keep stirring slowly.

-Stir it until the water dries up and the oil separates.

– Now add curd mixture to it and fry for some time while stirring. Then add cashew paste and fry.

– Then add potatoes in it. Also add salt, one cup water, cardamom, black pepper and nutmeg powder.

– Now cover the pan and reduce the flame. Either cook it for 6-7 minutes or wait for the water from the potatoes to drain.

-Now add lemon juice to it. Then add cream to it and remove from flame. Serve this dish with roti or rice.
