Ludhiana: Police have registered a case against Lok Sabha member Ravneet Singh Bittu, State Congress Working President Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Congress District President Sanjay Talwar and former Senior Deputy Mayor Sham Sundar Malhotra for locking the Municipal Corporation office.
Yesterday these leaders were arrested and sent to Nabha jail. Immediately after the arrest, the Congressmen filed a bail application in the court, which was also debated. The bail plea was heard today in the court of Judicial Magistrate Tannishtha Goyal. The court has issued an order to grant bail to Bittu, Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Sham Sundar Malhotra and Sanjay Talwar.
