Khunti, June 15 (HS). Former MP Ravindra Rai, who was in charge of Khunti Lok Sabha constituency during the parliamentary elections, said that foreign agencies are worried about the cultural change happening in India. This is why, to defeat the BJP candidate, they spread propaganda like changing the constitution, ending reservation and the innocent villagers of this area fell into their trap. The opponents, especially Congress and JMM, were successful in spreading propaganda. This is the reason why BJP candidates had to face defeat on all the five reserved seats of Jharkhand.
Ravindra Rai was talking to journalists on Saturday during the review meeting of Khunti Lok Sabha held at the residential complex of Torpa MLA Koche Munda in Mamrala. He said that foreign agencies have been distributing pamphlets among the tribals for months, which say that just as the Modi government abolished Article 370, in the same way the BJP government will abolish the rights of the tribals given in Schedule 5 and 6 of Jharkhand and will also abolish the Constitution.
Rai said that foreign agencies were involved in this propaganda for months. He said that innocent villagers were deceived. Congress and JMM carried out propaganda in connivance with foreign powers. Such powers worked to mislead the society. He said that it has been the practice of BJP that be it defeat or victory, the election results are reviewed and the opinion of senior workers is taken. He also said that the defeat is being reviewed during the meeting and it will be improved.
Rai said that we have to go to the assembly elections very soon. Preparations are being made for this. Denying the inactivity of the organization during the elections, Ravindra Rai said that whatever votes have been received, they have been received only due to dedicated workers. He said that BJP is engaged in the work of national reconstruction and we constantly review the presentation and the situation.
On this occasion, BJP's organization general secretary Kamveer Singh, Rajya Sabha member Pradeep Verma, former minister Bhanu Pratap Shahi, MLA Neelkanth Singh Munda, MLA Koche Munda, former minister Bimla Pradhan, MLA representative Kashinath Mahato, Arun Chandra Gupta, Chandrashekhar Gupta, Bhagirath Rai, Shashank Shekhar Rai, Vinod Bhagat, Ramanand Sahu, Laxman Badaik, Purendra Manjhi, Ramdhyan Singh, Shraddhanand Besra and many other workers were present.
