Godda, May 22 (HS). State Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar inspected various polling stations located in urban areas of Godda district on Wednesday and reviewed the preparations for polling. He inspected various polling stations of Primary School Lohiya Nagar, Agricultural Technical Information Center and Chief Minister Excellence School, which had low polling percentage in the last election in the urban area.
Ravi Kumar took information about voting preparations and distribution of voter information slips etc. from the BLOs doing election work at the polling stations. Also obtained information regarding ASD list, deployment of volunteers at polling stations and their work responsibilities and polling station awareness group etc. Also instructed to update the format related to it. He directed to ensure that minimum basic facilities are provided at the polling stations, taking every possible care to ensure that there is no inconvenience to the voters at the polling stations.
