After which, at around 3 o'clock in the night, Nikhil and the victim left in the car. The victim's friends told that they were worried after seeing both of them going in the car. He saw the female victim getting out of the car when a friend hit the car window. The woman was crying a lot and telling her friends that she had been raped.

That he examined the victim within hours of the alleged rape. He said the kiss was consensual but the relationship was not consensual. The victim suffered internal injuries. The victim's mother told that on the morning of 23rd May, she got a call from her daughter, she was crying a lot and said that she had been assaulted. The victim's mother said- The daughter had told that she had met a young man. After sitting in the car he followed her. I asked- Did he touch you? And he said he had tried.
