Ranveer himself announced that the monster movie has been shelved

Mumbai: The speculations about Ranveer Singh's 'Rakshas' film being shelved have now been confirmed by Ranveer himself. He and the film's director Prashant Verma and the film's production company have made a joint announcement in this regard.

Ranveer shot for this film for three days in Hyderabad. After the shooting, he left Hyderabad in a very good mood. However, after reaching Mumbai, his team told Prashant that Ranveer is not going to do this film now.

Prashant was very upset with this decision. He quipped that things do not work like this in the South.

According to the buzz in film circles, Ranveer takes advice from some people for his career and they were the ones who told Ranveer not to do this film.

Now, it seems Ranveer and Prashant have forgotten their bitterness and have officially announced that they are leaving the film.

They have also pledged to work together again in the future.
