Mumbai: There is speculation that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will register their new bungalow in the name of Baby Rah. If this turns out to be true then Baby Raha will become the richest star kid of Bollywood.
Ranbir, Alia and Neetu Kapoor recently went to inspect the construction of their new 'Krishna Raj' bungalow. After this it is rumored that this bungalow will be registered in the name of Raha.
Ranbir already has four flats. Its price is estimated to be around Rs 60 crore. The price of the newly constructed bungalow is estimated to be around Rs 250 crore. It is being claimed that this bungalow will be more expensive than Shahrukh's Mannat or Amitabh's Jalsa and it will have more luxurious facilities.
Neetu Kapoor has already bought a luxurious flat worth Rs 15 crore in Bandra. However, after the new bungalow is ready, it is believed that Ranbir, Alia and Neetu will live together in the new bungalow. A special floor is also being prepared in this bungalow for Ranbir's sister Riddhima.
