Ramgarh, 27 August (HS). Under a new initiative in the district, local youth will be given training as Amin. For this, Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman DMFT Chandan Kumar has given approval and has nominated District Planning Officer Ramgarh as the executive agency.
A total of 180 youths will be selected under the project being run under DMFT, including 30 youths from each block. The Deputy Commissioner has approved a total of Rs 77 lakh 27 thousand 400 under this project. In this, 75 percent i.e. Rs 57 lakh 95 thousand 550 will be given through DMFT. The remaining 25 percent i.e. Rs 19 lakh 31 thousand 850 will have to be given to the youth joining the scheme.

Under Amin training, each youth will incur an expenditure of Rs 42,930. Out of this, Rs 32,197.50 will be paid from DMFT funds. Whereas, Rs 10,732.50 will have to be paid to the youth receiving training. After the project is approved, the application process will start within the next 15 days. The youth joining the project will be given a total of 810 hours of training on various tasks to be done by Amin, which will include 200 hours of theory and 610 hours of practical training. After completing the training, the youth will be eligible to work as Land Assistant, Junior Amin, Amin (Trainee).
