Ram Baraat left for Janakpur from Ayodhya, marriage to take place on 6th December

Ayodhya, 26 November (Hindus). Shri Ram Baraat left from Ramsevak Puram for Janakpur on Tuesday with musical instruments. Hundreds of people from different parts of the country participate in the wedding procession. In the procession, along with the idol of Shri Ram and Mother Sita, the form of Lord Shri Sitaram, the holy water of 51 pilgrimage places is also going to Janakpur.

The procession is being led by Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and Vice President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, who plays the role of Dashrath, father of Lord Ram. The scene of Treta in Kalyug is being seen in the marriage of Lord Shri Ram. Judging by the enthusiasm of the wedding guests, it seems that even in Kalyug, such a wedding procession would never have been taken out. People are dancing everywhere to the tune of Bhagda and Dhol and are singing songs and bhajans of Sitaram marriage. Rajendra Singh ‘Pankaj’, Union Minister of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and coordinator of Shri Ram Baraat, said that there is participation of sadhus and devotees in Shri Ram marriage. Today the wedding procession has left for Janakpur from Ramsevakpuram complex. The procession will reach Janakpur on December 3 after taking rest at places like Buxar, Patna, Kanti, Sitamarhi, Punaura Dham, etc. He told that marriage ceremonies will be organized at Samadhi Milan on 4th December, Matkor on 5th December and Ram Janaki Temple on 6th December at 12 Chhat Bigha Ground. This event is being organized under the patronage of Champat Rai, Vice President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra. Narendra Bindal, Raghunath Shah, Ram Prakash Mishra, Ramesh Mishra and Rajkishore Singh are playing important responsibilities in this event.
