Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), the apex organization of traders, has said that this year there is a huge crowd in the markets across the country on the festival of Rakhi. Looking at the demand for rakhis, this year the business can be worth Rs 12 thousand crores. Last year this figure was around Rs 10 thousand crores. According to CAIT, it is estimated that the market will earn Rs 200 crores during the festive season starting from Rakshabandhan to Tulsi Vivah on November 15. There will be a business of more than 4 lakh crores.
