Raipur, 5 November (HS). Under the Chhattisgarh State Foundation Day Rajyotsav 2024, the programs and cultural evening organized at the Rajyotsav venue Nava Raipur on Tuesday will begin with the lighting of the lamp by Governor Ramen Deka. On this occasion, the program will be presided over by Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai.
On this occasion, Deputy Chief Ministers Arun Saw and Vijay Sharma, Ministers Ramvichar Netam, Dayal Das Baghel, Kedar Kashyap, Lakhanlal Dewangan, Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, OP Chaudhary, Lakshmi Rajwade and Tankram Verma, Leader of Opposition Dr. Charan Das Mahant, MP Brijmohan were present in the program. Aggarwal, MLA Rajesh Munat, Purandar Mishra, Motilal Sahu, Anuj Sharma, Guru Khushwant Saheb, Inder Kumar Sahu and other public representatives will be the special guests of the program.
It is noteworthy that the three-day event of Chhattisgarh Rajyotsav was inaugurated on November 4 in the chief hospitality of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. The State Investiture Ceremony and Rajyotsav will conclude on 6th November in the chief hospitality of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar. A grand exhibition stall based on government schemes and achievements has been set up by all the government departments at the Rajyotsav venue. Here public sector undertakings and commercial institutions have also set up stalls for display and sale of their products. Thousands of people are arriving with their families to see the crafts village, food court, exhibition of government departments and Meena Bazaar in Rajyotsav. The decoration of the Rajyotsav venue is very attractive, which is attracting the visitors.

In the Rajyotsav today, from 5 pm on Tuesday, cultural wave will be presented by Puranik Sahu, folk tunes will be presented by Surendra Sahu, Bhola Yadav and friends through banjos, shehnai and flute. After the presentation of The Moon Light Raga by Mohan Naidu and colleagues from 6 pm, there will be singing by Rajesh Awasthi, presentation of Chhattisgarhi folk songs by Aaru Sahu and from 8.30 pm there will be a presentation by famous playback singer Neeti Mohan.
