Rajkot Test: India scored 326 runs for 5 wickets on the first day, Rohit-Jadeja scored centuries

Thanks to the excellent centuries of captain Rohit Sharma (131) and Ravindra Jadeja (110 not out), India has scored 326 runs for 5 wickets at the end of the first day of the third Test match being played against England in Rajkot. Jadeja is playing on 110 and night watchman Kuldeep Yadav is scoring 1 run. Apart from Rohit and Jadeja, Sarfaraz Khan, playing his first Test, scored an excellent half-century and scored 62 runs.

In the match, Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bat first. India had a bad start and Yashasvi Jaiswal (10), Shubman Gill (00) and Rajat Patidar (05) returned to the pavilion with a total score of only 33 runs.

From here, captain Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja brought India back into the match by making a partnership of 204 runs for the fourth wicket. During this, captain Rohit completed his century. However, after playing a brilliant century of 131 runs, Rohit was caught by Ben Stokes off the ball of Mark Wood on the total score of 237.

After this, Sarfaraz Khan and Jadeja made a partnership of 77 runs for the fifth wicket and took India's score to 314 runs. However, when Jadeja was on the score of 99, Sarfaraz Khan was run out due to a misunderstanding. Before getting out, Sarfaraz played a brilliant half-century of 62 runs in 66 balls with the help of 1 six and 9 fours.

After Sarfaraz was out, Jadeja completed his century. At the end of the day's play, Kuldeep Yadav remained unbeaten on 1 and Jadeja remained unbeaten on 110 runs.
