Rajgarh: Miscreants stole donation box and other items from Jalpa Devi temple

Rajgarh, June 16 (HS). On Saturday night, unknown miscreants stole the donation boxes and LED DVR kept in the Devi Maa and Hanuman temple from Maa Jalpadevi Dham located in Rajgarh Kotwali police station area. The police inspected the spot on Sunday and registered a case of theft against unknown persons.

According to the police, temple trust guard Monu son of Hindu Singh said that on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, unknown miscreants stole the donation boxes and LED DVR installed in the premises from Devi Maa temple and Hanuman temple, which is said to be worth 15 thousand rupees. It is said that the miscreants stole the donation box from the temple and fled from the spot after breaking the lock and throwing it in the jungle. It could not be revealed how much donation was in the donation box. A police post has been established at Maa Jalpadevi Dham for security purposes, where a guard of one to four armed guards is present 24 hours a day, along with this, guards have also been deployed by the trust, despite being so responsible, the theft was committed. Police registered a case against unknown persons under section 457, 380 in the matter and started the search.
