Jaipur: In the suicide case of a coaching student, Rajasthan High Court has held his parents responsible. The bench of Justices Inderjit Singh and Vinod Kumar has commented that the problem of children is not the fault of the system but the parents who expect their child to perform more than his capacity. The judge said that such parents often say that she has passed and has come home, otherwise of course she would not have come home. During studies, children remain under pressure from such parents. The state government will have to tell the court within eight weeks how many such coaching institutes there are in the state and how many of them were registered till May. Let us tell you that till now 14 students have committed suicide in Kota or it is being said that they have died under suspicious circumstances. The court has done this while hearing the case of suicide of coaching students.
During the hearing, Advocate General Rajendra Prasad said that the state government is preparing control and regulation proposals regarding coaching institutes. Suggestions have been sought from coaching institutes by involving them. The guidelines given by the Central Government have also been included in this. In the last hearing it was said that despite several orders of the court, results have not been achieved. On behalf of the Central Government, it was said that they had prepared guidelines and given them on January 16, 2024.
