Raisen, 7 April (Hindustan Reporter). The second randomization of voting parties for Assembly Constituency 140-Udaipura of Raisen district included in Parliamentary Constituency 17-Hoshangabad for the Lok Sabha Elections-2024 was completed on Sunday in the NIC room of Collectorate Office in the presence of Collector and District Election Officer Arvind Dubey. In the randomization process, General Observer IAS Dr. Pritam B. was appointed by the Election Commission of India for Assembly Constituency No. 140-Udaipura. Yashwant joined virtually. This process of randomization was completed on the software prescribed by the Election Commission of India.
According to the instructions of the Commission, randomization of a total of 339 polling parties including 10 percent reserve was completed for a total of 308 polling stations made in Udaipur assembly constituency included in parliamentary constituency 17-Hoshangabad. Out of 308 polling stations created for Udaipur Assembly, 10 women polling stations have been created. Only women employees will conduct the voting at these centres. Similarly, 120 mixed booths have been made, the polling team at these centers will have two male and two female employees on duty.
As per the instructions of the Commission, a total of 339 polling groups including reserves have been formed through random process for 308 polling stations. After randomization of polling parties, the randomization process of micro observers was completed. District Panchayat CEO Anju Pawan Bhadauria, Additional Collector Shweta Pawar, Deputy District Election Officer Mukesh Singh, Udaipur Assistant Returning Officer Santosh Mudgal, District Information and Science Officer Deependra Katiyar and related officials were present in the NIC room.
