Raisen: Collector visited the coastal areas of Narmada river and instructed the officials to remain alert

Raisen, 5 August (HS). Collector Arvind Dubey reached Bharakch village of Udaypura on Monday and inspected the ghat of Narmada river. He reached Madagan Ghat located in Bharakch and took stock of the water level of Narmada river and instructed the officials present on the spot to keep a constant watch on the water level of the river.

While instructing the officers to keep all preparations ready for immediate relief work in case of waterlogging, he said that if the water level of the river rises, arrangements should be made to accommodate the people of village Bhonti in the government buildings of Bharakchh or Gadarwas village.

Inspection of Tehsil office in Sultanpur

Collector Arvind Dubey inspected the Sultanpur Tehsil office on Monday and took stock of the proceedings of the resolution of revenue cases under the Revenue Maha Abhiyan 2.0. He inspected the Tehsildar Court and took detailed information about the number of other revenue cases registered including transfer, partition, demarcation, record correction, map amendment, the process of their resolution and recording the passed orders in the record and other works and gave directions. He instructed the revenue officers present to take action as per the rules in the revenue cases and resolve them soon.
