Heat and humidity continue to wreak havoc in entire North India including Delhi, UP, Bihar. Amidst all this, the Meteorological Department has given good news. According to the Meteorological Department, it will rain in most parts of the country in the next three days. There is also an alert of heavy rain in many states. In such a situation, it is believed that after heavy rain, cold may knock in many states.

The Meteorological Department said, there is a possibility of very heavy rain at isolated places in Goa, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Sikkim on September 26. A red alert has been issued due to rain in Goa, Sikkim. While an orange alert has been issued for many parts of Gujarat and West Bengal.

Orange alert from Bihar, Assam to Arunachal

Apart from this, IMD has also issued an orange alert for rain in Saurashtra, Bihar, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh. On September 26, the orange alert for heavy rain will continue in Central India and North India, Jharkhand, Odisha.

On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in different parts of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura on September 27.

Rain alert in UP, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir too

According to the Meteorological Department, an alert for light to moderate rain has been issued in Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand and eastern Uttar Pradesh for the next three days.

An alert of heavy to very heavy rain has been issued in eastern Uttar Pradesh on September 27. At the same time, heavy rains have been predicted in Uttarakhand on 26 and 27 September, western Uttar Pradesh on 27 September and eastern Uttar Pradesh on 26, 27 and 28 September.

When will winter start?

In the states where heavy to very heavy rain alert has been issued, the temperature will fall rapidly in those places. In such a situation, winter can be seen knocking in these states. However, winter may have to wait for now in entire North India including UP-Delhi. However, the weather is expected to be pleasant due to rain in different places.
