Kanpur, 24 June (HS). The Meteorological Department has issued a warning on Monday, predicting the possibility of rain with thunder and lightning along with strong winds in 28 districts of Uttar Pradesh on Monday. This information was given by Dr. S.N. Sunil Pandey, Meteorologist of Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur.
He informed that the weather department has issued a warning of rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in the state capital Lucknow, Hardoi, Farrukhabad, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, Aligarh, Badaun, Bulandshahr, Sambhal, Auraiya, Unnao, Kanpur Dehat, Amroha, Kanpur Nagar, Kasganj, Hathras, Mainpuri, Firozabad, Etawah, Jalaun, Shravasti, Hapur, Moradabad, Lakhimpur Kheri, Pilibhit, Rampur, Bareilly.
Dr. Pandey said that there is a possibility of rain with winds blowing at a speed of 40 to 60 kilometers per hour in about 21 districts of the state. While the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of rain with thunder and lightning in 28 districts with winds blowing at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.
