Rain warning! Possibility of rain and hailstorm in these areas, Meteorological Department issues 3-day warning

Weather of UP/Lucknow: The weather in Uttar Pradesh is changing every moment and one day it is sunny and the next day it is cloudy. While till a day ago there was bright sunshine in various areas of the state, the next moment it became very cold at night. Now there is a possibility that it may rain also. However, the weather is likely to remain dry on February 29. Rains may start in the state from the first day of next month i.e. March 1. According to meteorologists, due to the effect of active western disturbance, there may be thunderstorms and rain in the state from March 1 to 3. There is a possibility of hailstorm in western UP on March 2. Clouds can also be seen in Lucknow from March 1. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain on March 2 to 3.

Today i.e. on 29th February the weather in the state may remain dry and from 1st March the weather in the state may change again. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be rain and thundershowers in some areas of Western UP on March 1. There is a possibility of light rain and thundershowers at more places in Eastern UP than in Western UP. During this period, there are chances of rain in some areas of Western UP. Along with lightning, there is also a possibility of a strong storm with a speed of 30-40 km/hour.

Situation from 1st to 4th March

According to the Meteorological Department, due to active western disturbance, it may affect UP from March 1. By the morning of March 2, the situation may be such that it may spread to many areas of Eastern UP. Due to which intermittent rain is likely to continue till March 3. A decrease may be recorded from March 4. There may also be hailstorm at some places in western UP on March 2. Due to change in weather, the sky may clear in 2-3 days and the minimum temperature of the state may fall. This drop can be up to 2-3 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature is expected to increase by 2-4 degrees Celsius. After March 1, there is a possibility of decrease in maximum temperature due to movement of clouds and rain. An increase in minimum temperature can also be seen.
