Apart from this, strong winds will also blow at a speed of 35 kilometers per hour in the plains of North-West India except Southern Rajasthan. At the same time, there will be rain in Odisha on 8-10 March, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim on 8 and 9 March.
