According to a report, Railway officer Saurabh Kataria says that now railway passengers can book unreserved and platform tickets from any station sitting at home. Notably, geo-fencing of internal boundaries will remain in place. This means that the new facility will be available outside the station only. Railways has decided to remove geo fencing on the outer border. The special thing is that earlier the outer limit of geo fencing was 50 km. Under this, any passenger can buy unreserved or platform ticket from the station within a radius of 50 kilometers. Now under the new system this restriction has been removed. passengers with the help of UTS station You can get relief from long queues outside the ticket window. Also, train travel is expected to become more convenient.
Indian Railways has decided to run more trains in the summer season. It is being told that Railways is preparing to run special trains between Dadar-Gorakhpur, LTT Mumbai-Gorakhpur and CSMT Mumbai-Danapur.
