What is the matter?
This student, resident of Hazaribagh, was living in a hostel in Patna and fulfilling her dream of becoming a doctor. But suddenly his dead body was found in a suspicious condition in his room. Seeing the circumstances and things like hands and legs being tied, the family and social workers are not ready to consider it as “suicide”. They allege that it is a “planned murder” and the police are hushing up the matter.

Dr. Ejaz Ali, a social worker, took up this matter. National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Wrote a letter to. He has demanded that this matter should be investigated seriously.
Not only this, he Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna Have also written a letter to. In this he has requested that the Supreme Court itself should take cognizance of this matter (Suo Moto) and its Judicial Inquiry Or CBI Order an investigation.
Why is investigation necessary?
It is clearly written in the letter that the students living in hostels are not safe. If the truth does not come out today, it could happen to someone else tomorrow. Amidst the questions being raised on the police investigation, now all eyes are on the Human Rights Commission and the court.
