Just before the formal start of the 18th BRICS Summit (BRICS Summit 2026), New Delhi has become the focal point of global diplomacy. Russian President Vladimir Putin has reached the national capital on a three-day official visit with a high-level delegation. This is Putin’s first personal participation in a BRICS summit outside Russia’s borders after February 2022.
