A dozen cases against Amritpal
Amritpal Singh has 11 criminal cases registered against him in various police stations of Punjab. A criminal case has also been registered against him in Dibrugarh, Assam. It is worth noting that some objectionable electronic items were found in the cell of Dibrugarh jail where Amritpal is locked, after which a criminal case was registered against him. Between 2 February 2023 and 30 March 2023, several serious cases have been registered against Amritpal under various serious sections in various police stations of Punjab.

These cases also include the attack on Ajnala police station on March 19, 2023, in which his supporters entered the police station with illegal weapons and created a ruckus.
