The association says that their commission has not increased for the last 8 years, due to which the association will now struggle. Association president Ranjit Singh Gandhi said that people's commission increases in all businesses but the commission of petrol pump owners has not been increased for the last 8 years. Today a thing of 80 rupees has reached 120 rupees while the government is silent on the issue of increasing its commission. He said that for now petrol pumps from Khanna to Phillaur will remain closed on Sunday.
