Punjab News: The Punjab government has filed a reply in the court in the matter of re-imposing the National Security Act (NSA) on the associates of Khadoor Sahib MP and Khalistan supporter Amritpal Singh, who has been lodged in Dibrugarh jail for about one and a half years. In which the accused are seen saying that the same fate will befall the Chief Minister of Punjab as befell former CM Beant Singh. The next hearing of this case will be scheduled for October 3. Meanwhile, the Central and Punjab governments will present all the records related to the imposition of NSA on Amritpal Singh in the court.
Amritpal Singh and his associates have challenged the reinstated NSA in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Among them, a reply has been filed regarding actors Daljit Singh Kalsi and Gurmeet Singh Bhukkanwala. This affidavit has been filed by the Amritsar Rural Police. According to the affidavit, the video was taped in February 2023 after the Ajnala station incident.
