Pune Crime Branch has arrested two more people late last night i.e. Monday night in connection with the blood sample swapping case in the Pune Porsche car accident. Shivani Agarwal was arrested when the minor accused's blood sample was exchanged with his mother. But on the night of the accident, two more friends of the minor accused were present in the car with him. Blood samples of both were also exchanged. One of these samples was exchanged with his father, then the other sample was exchanged with another person.

CP Amitesh Kumar confirmed that two people were finally arrested by the police. According to Dr. Ajay Tavare, head of the forensic department of Sasoon Hospital, Dr. Halnor changed the sample. This also includes Sasoon Hospital employee Atul Ghatkambale. The police have arrested these three. Also, a 900-page charge sheet has been filed in the entire case.

Police Commissioner Shailesh Balakavade said, “We have filed a 900-page chargesheet in a Pune court against seven accused, including the minor's parents, two doctors and an employee of Sassoon General Hospital and two middlemen.” The police's massive chargesheet includes statements of 50 witnesses. Additional Police Commissioner Balakavade said the chargesheet includes the crash impact analysis report, technical evidence, forensic laboratory and DNA reports. The police prepared the crash impact analysis report with the help of forensic experts. The report also aims to relate the impact of the Porsche car on the motorcycle involved in the accident and the injuries to the IT professionals who died.

On May 19, two software engineers Anish Avadia and Ashwini Koshta died in a Porsche car accident in Pune, Maharashtra. On the other hand, the young man driving the car was a minor. The minor accused was allegedly in a drunken state and was driving the Porsche car at high speed. The juvenile accused was granted bail by the Juvenile Justice Board on the same day and ordered to keep him under the supervision of his parents and grandfather. Along with this, the court also laid down the condition that the minor accused will have to write an essay of 300 words on road safety. However, later the police filed a petition before the board seeking amendment in the bail order. After this, on May 22, the board ordered to take the minor accused into custody and send him to a children's home.
