Public’s problem is my problem, it is my duty to solve it: Keshav Prasad Maurya

Keshav Prasad Maurya seriously listened to the problems of the people from different districts of the state in the Janata Darshan program organized at his residence at 7, Kalidas Marg, Lucknow today. He said, “The public’s problem is my problem and it is my duty to solve it.” He directed the officers to ensure that public problems are resolved as per rules, in quality and timely manner. In the Janata Darshan, people presented various public interest issues before the Deputy Chief Minister, including construction of drains and cleanliness, arrangement of drinking water, roads and road lights, sewer problems, widening of roundabouts, financial assistance, construction of boundary walls of crematoriums and installation of hand pumps in government schools. Taking each case seriously, Shri Maurya issued written and oral instructions to the concerned officers as per the requirement and asked them to ensure immediate action as per rules in eligible cases.
