Lucknow, 09 November (HS). Competitive students are agitating against the decision of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission to conduct the preliminary examination of UP PCS and RO-ARO in two days. They are demanding the Commission to withdraw this order. Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee has declared its full support to the agitating competitive students. Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee President and former minister Ajay Rai said that the Public Service Commission was not able to stop the paper from being leaked. Now he is resorting to new methods to hide his corruption.

He said that the Commission has decided to conduct the preliminary examination of UP PCS and RO-ARO in two days. After this the result will be declared on the basis of normalization. Lakhs of competitive students are doubtful about their future due to the corruption prevalent in competitive examinations under the BJP government. He is protesting against the normalization policy of the Commission. Earlier, a case of tampering in the copies had come to light by the Commission in which the students got justice after the intervention of the Honorable Court.

Ajay Rai said that the BJP government does not want to provide employment to the unemployed. Thousands of posts are lying vacant. Students are agitating every day from Prayagraj to Lucknow regarding some recruitment examination or the other. Congress Party is with every movement of the competitive students. The efforts that the BJP government is making to remove government jobs from the reach of the poor, backward and Dalit deprived classes, the Congress party will never allow it to be accomplished. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission should conduct the examination in one day on the demand of the students. By ending normalization, resolve the doubts of the students in a judicious manner and fill the posts by conducting examinations as soon as possible.
