Protests against Rahul Gandhi's 'Hindu' statement begin, saints raise slogans in Ujjain

Bhopal, 1 July (HS). Protests have started against the 'Hindu' statement made by Rahul Gandhi in the Parliament. Saints of Digambar Akhada in Ujjain gathered on Mangalnath Mandir Road and raised slogans. They demanded Rahul Gandhi to apologize and take back the statement. They warned of protests if this is not done. Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Rahul Gandhi should apologize by rubbing his nose.

Actually, Rahul Gandhi said in the Parliament that Modiji said in his speech one day that India has never attacked anyone. There is a reason for this. This country is a country of non-violence, this country is not a country of fear. All our great men talked about non-violence. Talked about eradicating fear. Do not be afraid, do not scare others. And on the other hand, Shivji says do not be afraid, do not scare others. And he shows a mudra, talks about non-violence. Buries his trident in the ground. And those who call themselves Hindus, they talk about violence, violence, violence 24 hours a day…hatred, hatred, hatred…falsehood, falsehood, falsehood… You are not a Hindu at all. It is clearly written in Hinduism that one should stand with the truth. One should not step back from the truth. Non-violence is our symbol.

Regarding this statement, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav while talking to the media on Monday evening said that the entire Hindu society is ashamed of Rahul's statement. Calling Hindus violent is a sign of his petty mentality. If the leader of the opposition in the country will shame the Hindus, then how can he tolerate it. For this reason, Rahul Gandhi should apologize by rubbing the snake. The Congress party should clarify its position on this statement.

Italian mentality will not work in India: Sarang

Meanwhile, state government minister Vishwas Sarang said that Rahul Gandhi's statement is not only objectionable but also shameful. During elections, Rahul Gandhi wears a sacred thread to show himself as a Hindu for Hindu votes and when he reaches the Lok Sabha, he insults the Hindu religion and Hindu gods and goddesses. This Italian mentality will not work in India.

Here, in Ujjain, saints of Digambar Akhara gathered on Mangalnath Mandir Road on Monday evening and protested against Rahul Gandhi's statement. Akhara's Mahant Shivdas Tyagi said that Rahul Gandhi is working to hurt Hindus. Everyone should boycott Rahul Gandhi and Congress workers. If 20 lakh Naga Sadhus come on the road, then Congress will not get any place to run. Congress should apologize for this. Otherwise, the saint community will protest on the streets. Vinay Das Maharaj of the Akhara said that who throws stones at Mahakal's procession? Do Sanatanis do such things? Akhara's saint Munisharan Das Tyagi said that Rahul has committed a crime by making such a statement. We condemn it. Common man should also oppose it.
