Protesters resorted to vandalism, ISKCON temple was set on fire, Hindus were evicted and killed

The rioters also vandalised and looted the computer shop of municipality member Muhin Roy. The houses of 4 Hindu families have been vandalised and looted in Chandrapur village of Kaliganj Upazila. 12 houses of Hindus have been set on fire in Purbo Sardubi village of Hatibandha Upazila. Many Hindu houses have been vandalised and looted in Panchagarh. There is no area or district left where Hindus have not been attacked. They are continuously receiving information about attacks from different areas.

Temple vandalised, houses attacked

Hindus were reportedly driven out of their homes and beaten up. Their shops are being looted. Hindus are living in fear due to these attacks. It is being reported that 10 Hindu houses have been attacked in Dinajpur city and other suburbs. The attackers also vandalised a temple in the city's Railbazarhat.

300 attackers set the building on fire

Apart from this, according to information received from sources, houses of three Hindus were attacked in Khansama Upazila. At around 7.30 pm, more than 200-300 attackers set fire to a two-storey building.
