Protest of students adamant on outstanding demands continues, police reached the spot

Candidates in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh have been protesting against the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission for the last four days. Today the police has started forcefully removing the protesting students from outside the Commission. A large number of police are present at the spot and tension continues between the police and students at the protest site.

The police have taken many students to the police station. Student leader Ashutosh Pandey is also included in these. There is an atmosphere of tension at the spot. Barricading has been increased around the protest site. Apart from this, the police have sealed the protest site outside Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission in Prayagraj from three sides so that no one can go inside. On Wednesday, some students carried posters of the Commission Chairman and raised slogans calling for him to be declared missing and a reward of Re 1 for anyone who finds him.
