Illegally acquired movable and immovable property worth Rs 15 crore 64 lakh of gang leader Mahesh Sonkar, son of Dayaram, resident of Vishwakarma Colony, Mahuvaria, was attached under Section 14 (1) of the Act – Gang Control and Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act 1986. Mahesh Sonkar has a criminal history. Eight cases are pending against him in Kotwali city and countryside and Chunar.
